What We Do
Established in 2018, In Cultured Company is a political education, narrative change, leadership development and civic engagement organization committed to socioeconomic justice, racial equity, decolonization and liberation among Dominicans and Haitians.
We give Dominican and Haitian youth a space to learn, heal, dream, build power and take action together.
Our Mission
ICC equips Dominicans and Haitians with the knowledge and skills to advocate for social justice, healing, wholeness and peace.

We envision a sacred and interconnected island and diaspora where everyone experiences love, liberation and belonging.
