In Cultured Company is seeking a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Programming Fellow focused on running our flagship Decolonizing Hispaniola Workshops. The Decolonizing Hispaniola workshop is an impactful racial equity workshop tailored to college students of Dominican and Haitian background who are interested in peace, reconciliation, anti-violence and genocide prevention work. As a key member of our organization, the Programming Fellow will play a pivotal role in the re-development of the Decolonizing Hispaniola workshop. The Programming Fellow will work with Dr. Saudi Garcia to foster an inclusive and equitable environment that empowers students to be thoughtful, engaged transnational leaders addressing the challenges of the Dominican and Haitian communities.

In Cultured Company is seeking a detail-oriented Events and Marketing Fellow to join our team for a year-long fellowship. This role is an excellent opportunity for a college student looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning and execution while earning college credit. The Events and Marketing Fellow will work closely with our Co-Executive Director, Dr. Saudi Garcia, and gain valuable insights into the world of racial equity advocacy, conflict resolution, event planning and marketing.
In Cultured Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communication Fellow to join our team for a year-long fellowship. The communications fellow will be responsible for pitching, writing and editing traditional media items, including newsletters, news articles, and content for our website and constituents.
